Purpose: 
The purpose of the application for zone change is to rezone the subject property from ‘Residential Zone 1 (R1)’ to ‘Residential Zone 2 (R2)’ to facilitate the construction of a semidetached dwelling on the subject property.


Location:
The subject lands are described as Plan 214, Part Lot 14, as in 458207, in the City of Woodstock. The property is located on the west side of Dover Street, between Walter Street and Parkinson Road and is municipally known as 132 Dover Street.

Purpose:
The purpose of the application for zone change is to rezone the subject lands from ‘Local Commercial Zone (C1)’ to ‘Special Local Commercial Zone (C1-10)’ to add a business or professional office as a permitted use.


Location:
The subject property is described as Plan 174, Lots 1 and 2, in the City of Woodstock. The property is located at the northwest corner of Clarke Street North and Nellis Street, and is municipally known as 29 Clarke Street.
