The following resolutions have been prepared to facilitate Council's perusal of the various matters and are suggested for consideration

Recommendation:
That Woodstock City Council authorizes the Director of Administrative Services to sign an Extension Agreement for the property at 1033 Pattullo Avenue, Unit 17, Woodstock, Ontario with Mr. Murray Zehr.

Recommendation: 
That Woodstock City Council accepts the report entitled “Warwick and Norwich Area Flooding Study Municipal Class EA, Schedule B, July 2012” and that the report be posted for a 30-day public comment period.

Recommendation:
That Woodstock City Council direct staff to prepare and submit an application for Pittock Park Road Urbanization to the Municipal Housing Infrastructure Program – Housing Enabling Core Servicing Stream (MHIP-HECS).

Recommendation: 
That Woodstock City Council now rise and go into Committee of the Whole for the purpose of convening the Court of Revision for the Gould Drain and Jackson Drain.

Recommendation:
That Woodstock City Council authorize pre-approval in the 2025 Revenue Fund Budget of $155,000 for Cowapolooza.

Recommendation:
That Woodstock City Council authorize the Mayor and Clerk to enter into a 25-year sponsorship agreement to name the trail at the end of Innovation Way as “Maglin Trail.”

Recommendation:
That Woodstock City Council approve the recommended changes to the special events beginning in 2025 as outlined in this report.

Recommendation:
That Woodstock City Council approve the grant application for Southside Pool changeroom expansion for Stream 1 of the Community Sport and Recreation Infrastructure Fund.

Recommendation:
That Woodstock City Council receive the report regarding Proposal for Vuteq to Purchase a Portion of Keyes Drive Between Longworth Lane and 920 Keyes Drive as information.

Recommendation:
That Woodstock City Council authorize the Mayor and Clerk to amend the performance requirements of the purchase and sale agreement with Rajesh Arora to provide for the extension of the commitment to construct a building to the end of 2025.

Recommendation:
That Woodstock City Council terminate the Integrity Commissioner & Closed Meeting Investigation Agreement between the Corporation of the City of Woodstock and Robert J. Swayze;

And further that City Council authorize the Mayor and Clerk to sign an agreement to appoint Aird & Berlis LLP as Woodstock’s Integrity Commissioner and Closed Meeting Investigator for a term ending February 28, 2027.

Recommendation:
That Woodstock City Council refer the report regarding the Repeal and Replacement of Municipal Code Chapter 309 to the by-law section of the agenda.

Recommendation:
That Woodstock City Council authorize the Mayor and Clerk to sign the Fire Protection Tanker Operations Service Agreement – Cachet/Karn, with the Township of South-West Oxford.

Recommendation:
That in accordance with Community Grants Policy GA003, Woodstock City Council allocates the following grants for the year 2024:
