This meeting will be held in-person  in accordance with section 238 (3.3) of the Municipal Act, 2001 as amended and section 16.6.24 of the City of Woodstock Procedure by-law. The meeting will be livestreamed to the City’s YouTube channel and a recording of this meeting will also be posted on the City website following the meeting.

Councillor C. Lauder  will be reading the resolutions

The following resolutions have been prepared to facilitate Council's perusal of the various matters and are suggested for consideration

Recommendation:
That Woodstock City Council approve the final tax rates and that the necessary by-law be read.

Recommendation:
That Woodstock City Council approve the B.I.A. tax rates and that the necessary by-law be read.

Recommendation:
That Woodstock Council receive the Statement of Reserve, Reserve Funds, Trust Funds and Reserve for Capital Projects at December 31, 2023 as information;

And further that Woodstock City Council approve the reclassification of the following funds to Reserve Funds:
Art Gallery, Community Complex, Good Beginnings/Gym Club, Lily Telfer and Shanna Larsen.

Recommendation:
That Woodstock City Council approval the award of the City Hall Upper roof (11317), 944 James St (11318) and Southside Aquatic Centre (11322) projects to Smith-Peat Roofing and Sheet Metal Ltd. and authorizes an increase of $159,000 for the combined roof replacement projects to be funded as follows: $25,0000 from the Hydro Reserve Fund and $134,000 from the Reserve for Capital Projects, and notice is hereby given that the 2024-2028 Capital Budget is amended accordingly.

That Woodstock City Council receives this report as information.

Recommendation:
That Woodstock City Council approve the conversion of a Park Skilled Labourer position to a Sport Field and Turf Technician position.

Recommendation:
That Woodstock City Council approve compensation and benefit adjustments for 2024, 2025, and 2026 consistent with the Memorandum of Settlement negotiated with C.U.P.E. Local 1146, Outside Unit and that the Mayor and Clerk be authorized sign the Collective Agreement.
