The following resolutions have been prepared to facilitate Council's perusal of the various matters and are suggested for consideration

Recommendation:
That Woodstock City Council receives the 2025 Tender Awards report as information.

Recommendation:
That Woodstock City Council approve the report regarding expenses excluded from the 2026 Preliminary Revenue Fund Budget.

Recommendation:
The Woodstock City Council refer the  Amendments to Traffic By-law #8021-04 report to the by-law section of the agenda.

Recommendation:
That Woodstock City Council award the tender for the urbanization of Pittock Park Road to Viewcon Construction Limited, in the amount of $4,689,564.37 inclusive of HST.

Recommendation:
That Woodstock City Council approve the sole source purchase of an HLA snowplow blade, under mount, wiring and hydraulic attachments for Fleet project EQU00108 for the amount of $26,827.93 exclusive of taxes from Premier Equipment Ltd.

Recommendation:
That Woodstock City Council authorize the Mayor and the Clerk to sign an agreement of purchase and sale with Stigterstaal Canada Real Estate Inc. for the purchase of approximately 2.5 acres of City-owned industrial land on Alyea Street, and that the necessary by-law be read.

Recommendation:
That Woodstock City Council approve the sale of 2 acres of City-owned industrial land located at 406 Woodall Way to 2731824 Ontario Inc., and the necessary Bylaw be read.

Recommendation:
That Woodstock City Council approve waiving all transit fares on Voting Day for the 2026 Municipal and School Board Elections, at an estimated cost of approximately $5 000, to support accessible and inclusive voter participation.

Recommendation:
That Woodstock City Council approve the revised version of Council Policy GA028 - Rules for the Use of Municipal Resources During the Election Period.

Recommendation:
That Woodstock City Council receive the Woodstock Fire Department Annual Report - 2025 as information.
